My name is Joseph Rubay, and I am not much different from you. I went through the usual education processes as most of you did and started in a 9 to 5 job. Eventually, after some time of dedication and some graft, I worked my way up to managing hundreds of real estate properties. I love my role in the real estate community for mainly two reasons:
The first is that I get to help investors to operate their own investment professionally and help maximize their profitability while reducing the day-to-day challenges that come with it. The other reason is to enable each tenant to have an excellent quality of life by creating a sense of community and inclusivity. If everything goes well for the tenant, they stay longer, reducing tenant turnaround on the respective property, and saving you money.
Managing a rental can be financially rewarding, yet property management requires enormous time and dedication to doing well. From my extensive range of existing properties, hopefully, you can see for yourself that I have been recognized highly for putting in the hard work required to manage each property and to achieve long-term partnerships with investors.

I have extensive knowledge about rental acts, rules and the associated red tape that goes along with investment and property management. I have attended many workshops and training courses over the years and still do; it’s important to keep up to date with the latest and greatest ideas in the field. I also learned from every mistake I made and am proud of all my current results.
I have helped many real estate investors facing challenges with insufficient cash flow regularly to bring the project back on track, filling their vacancies, and maximizing their cash flow.
